Join us for our next deep dive into the collection. This time we are looking at our fabulous collection of French Impressionism where you can find out all about Burrell’s collection of pastels and oils, the history of French impressionism and how we care for these important works.
On day one you will hear from experts from Glasgow Museums, University of Glasgow and National Galleries of Scotland. On day two you can take part in a practical session with artist Sarah Wilson who will take you through the techniques used in French impressionism using oils and you will leave with your own painted canvas.
